The Forbidden Fruit [55Fiction #2]



He stumbles in, every friday, makes passionate love to me, lusts my body, and then leaves his money staring at my bare essence.

Love they say, is a happy emotion, takes you high on beatitude. Supreme Blessedness.

Just the sight of him sets my heart racing inside my chest. Then why is my love illegitimate ?

    Probably because she loves him, he loves her not. He comes only for her body, it's his guilty pleasure, and because she loves him secretly, she gives him the best.

    Just saw this on IndiBlogger. WOW. I wish I could write even half as good as this.
    This is sharp and made me think.
    I don't think her love is "illegitimate" .. She can love whomever she wants yeah? And we should understand that people have their own reasons for doing what they do.
    And a prostitute too,in the end, is a lady, a human being.

    This one reminds me of Coelho's 11 minutes...wherein protagonist practices sacred prostitution...you speak a ton in 55 words!!

    You've written this with so much depth that I read it once, I realize that I've nt understood the whole thing and then I read it again and again until I realized that I can never reach to the bottom.
    If it's love, it can never be illegitimate.
    Haven't you given the proof to his love for her in these lines itself? It's just that he/we being the social being don't see/accept that as love.
